Diana is the principal of Jurgensen Horne Lawyers and has been practicing law since 2009 She is a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology in  2008 She also has a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies majoring in Criminal Justice and is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) Diana worked in a top tier firm for many years while studying, once she

completed her degree she worked in a general practice boutique firm working on commercial litigation, construction matters, traffic and criminal law.

Since establishing Jurgensen Horne lawyers in 2014 her main area of focus is Family Law and she has become a well-known and established advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. The goal for Diana is to resolve matters quickly and as amicable as possible to save time and money for clients. Diana will not sugar coat anything for you, you will be well aware of what your entitlements are, the entitlements of the other party, what the rights of your children are and how to best navigate a resolution taking all those matters and your personal circumstances into account. Kristie and Diana met at university in the early 00’s and instantly connected as mothers with a goal to succeed whilst assisting other. They created Jurgensen Horne Lawyers in 2014
