Steph commenced with Jurgensen Horne Lawyers as a Paralegal specifically assisting with Criminal law matters and later transitioning to Family law. Steph is currently undertaking studies to complete her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Queensland. After graduating her studies, Steph aspires to complete practical legal training and be admitted as a solicitor, with a primary interest in practicing in Family Law and Criminal Defence and we hope that she chooses to take a place at the solicitors table at Jurgensen Horne Lawyers. Steph’s passion for law began in high school where she enjoyed her studies in Literature, History and Legal Studies, where she enjoyed reading, problem solving, and having a desire to help people rising from vulnerable situations. Since joining Jurgensen Horne Lawyers in 2022, Steph supports our Family Law solicitors as well as our clients through their family law challenges, she provided invaluable legal administrative assistance. Clients are often impressed with Steph’s level of attention to detail, social skill and approachability. She is always ready, willing and able to assist, with a “Nothing is too much” attitude.
